- Template: clone the
Salesforce Default Page
- Case Grouped View Default
- Upgrade the Enhanced Case Layout record
page to use Dynamic Forms
- Set Component Visibility for the Additional Information section
to show only when:
- Priority equals High
- Activate the new page as Org Default
1) Create the page layout (Enhanced Case Layout)
2) Select the record detail page and upgrade to Dynamic Actions
3) Select the Additional Information section and filter on
